The DAO Administrator is the entity responsible for the implementation of SLAM Improvement Proposals passed by the House of SLAM and ratified by the SLAM Senate, the SLAM Curation Proposals passed by the House of SLAM, and any other administrative duties necessary to execute the mission of SlamNet in accordance with the bylaws of the SLAMai DAO.

Appointment & Oversight

The SLAM Senate is responsible for the appointment and oversight of the Administrator, ensuring that actions of the DAO are in accordance with its mission and application laws and regulations. The Senate has authority, in accordance with the DAO's bylaws, to retain or replace the Administrator at any time.

SLAMchain will serve as the commercial district for agentic commerce, enabling AI Agents and humans to transact through data-powered, smart contract applications.

$SLAM is the currency of an entire web3 information economy and the official utility token of the SLAMai ecosystem. It also plays a fundamental role in the governance of the SLAMai DAO.

Minting & Supply Cap

$SLAM will be first minted as an ERC-20 token on the Base blockchain with a total fixed supply of 5,000,000,000 tokens.

It will then be bridged to SLAMchain, when launched, serving as its native gas token.

Community & End-User Distribution

A portion of $SLAM's total supply is allocated for distribution to end-users to grow the SlamNet ecosystem.

To this end, the SlamNet DAO will conduct various $SLAM airdrops to members of partner communities, including its flagship launch partner, CryptoSlam.

Emblems may be awarded at either NFT mint or post-mint for special contributors, and post-mint for loyalty achievements. They are attached to the .slam NFT with an on-chain transaction by the SLAMai DAO (free of charge to the holder).

In general, most newly-claimed .slam NFTs are minted bare with no Emblems. But every .slam NFT has the ability to earn Emblems through loyalty achievements and special contributions.

Benefits & Privileges

Each Emblem may or may not have special benefits and privileges attached to it within SLAMai's governance, platform usage, potential airdrops, content access and gated Discord channel access. These benefits and privileges are set by the SLAMai DAO and may change at any time.

Creation & Retirement of Awardable Emblem Types

The SLAMai DAO can approve new awardable Emblems or retire existing Emblems at its discretion. When an Emblem is retired, additional Emblems of that type can no longer be awarded, but all awarded and attached Emblems of that type will remain attached to the .slam NFT.

SLAM.fun is currently in beta for select partners, with the full platform launch scheduled for Q2 2025.

The registration cost for a .slam domain ranges from $4 to $8 USD, depending on the domain length.

There is a small transaction fee for registering the domain on-chain, which is approximately 0.0023 SOL.

To claim your domain:

1. Search for the domain you'd like to purchase.

2. Connect your Solana wallet.

3. Click "Claim" next to your chosen domain.

This will trigger the wallet signing process, confirming your ownership on the blockchain.

SLAM Improvement Proposals

SLAM Improvement Proposals (SIPs) can be submitted to the DAO by any .slam NFT holder. House members evaluate each SIP and decide which ones should be put up for a vote. The DAO's bylaws govern which types of SIPs can be approved by a House vote and which types require ratification through a vote by all .slam NFT holders.

SLAM Curation Proposals

SCPs are approved by a House vote with enactment by the DAO Administrator.

Any .slam NFT holder in good-standing is eligible to run for office as a representative in the House of SLAM.

The Bull is an experimental AI Agent designed to showcase the potential of AI-powered on-chain analytics. As a proof of concept, The Bull demonstrates how AI can leverage blockchain data to provide token farming through NFT trivia.

The SLAM Senate serves as the principle oversight body of the SLAMai DAO, ensuring that proposals and actions of the DAO are consistent with the SLAMai mission and don't breach any laws, regulations or duties applicable to the DAO. It consists of Senators elected by $SLAM token holders.

SLAM Improvement Proposal Ratification

SLAM Improvement Proposals (SIPs) submitted by .slam NFT holders and passed by the House of SLAM are sent to the SLAM Senate for full ratification. The DAO's bylaws govern this ratification process.

All Senate-ratified SIPs are then passed to the DAO Administrator for enactment and execution.
